“Cash Tracker”
At Power 2 in Mackay we believe that managing personal cash flow is the foundation stone of growing your assets. If you spend more than you earn then you can not get ahead. Our Cash Flow Control system, named the Cash Tracker, is our advisory starting point.
So we need to understand how you manage your cashflow so we can help you understand where your money goes. We will sit down with you to review the transactions on each bank account and credit card and then compile your budget for the next year.
We will then download and process your monthly transactions into our reporting system to show how your actual income and expenses compare to your budget. We will set targets to reduce your home loan, save for holidays and other expenses and prepare you a monthly report to ensure you are on track. This part of the process may include closing excess bank accounts or opening new ones. It may include cancelling problem credit cards, increasing or decreasing loan payments and creating a money system that you understand.
