Bank Accounts/Term Deposits:
Bank statements for each account from 1 July to 30 June
Details of any New or Maturing Term Deposit

Details of any contributions received (Employer / Concessional / Non-Concessional)
Details of any Pension or Lump Sums paid to members. 

Contract for the sale of the shares during the year
Contract for the purchase of the shares during the year
Dividend statements
Dividend holding statements 
SRN/HIN number for all share holdings

Managed Investments:
Annual tax statements 
Quarterly and Annual Reports showing transactions during the year
Portfolio Valuation at 30 June

Investment property:
Contract and settlement statement if property purchased or sold during the year
Legal fees and stamp duty paid on purchase or sale
Real Estate Agent Monthly Rental Statements from 1 July to 30 Jun
Real Estate Agent Annual Tax Statement
Current Lease Agreement – If commercial or not through an Agent
Last Property Valuation Obtained
Invoices for Repairs and Improvements or other expenses incurred

Loan statements for each loan from 1 July to 30 June
Loan agreement documents
Bare Trust Deed or similar documents
